Recurring Investments
In short, recurring investments is a feature that allows customers to set up regular investment deposits into a specific crypto symbol, (or equities, in the future) using the same format to trade equities later on.
This design stands apart from the usual trading experience, as all trading tickets are formatted in a horizontal pattern along the bottom of the page. Using a vertical ticket here was intentional, with the goal of eventually moving all trading tickets to a vertical format.

Live chart and header information related to the selected symbol provide customers with multiple data points to inform their investment decisions.

All investment fields and interactions are isolated in the right-side ticket, away from the customer’s central panel. The slimmer, vertical ticket also enables faster scanning and reduces cognitive load.

Active investments are located in the bottom panel, where customers can edit, cancel, or pause any existing investments.
A funding method field is also included, allowing customers to link their bank account in case a recurring investment exceeds their current buying power, thereby eliminating any interruptions.
The confirmation screen provides a clean, easily digestible summary of your intended investment. It also includes additional context and tooltips to eliminate further confusion about when investments will recur once a new month or period begins.
Conclusion
Once live, the recurring investments feature quickly gained traction - empowering over 11,000 customers to create and manage their first automated investment and driving roughly $2.6M in transactions.
